Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Provider Enrollment Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for all communication with insurance payers, ensuring Kivo Health is in-network with key providers across all 50 states. You will support the contracting process and provider enrollment, from initial application submission to post-signature follow-up. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring access to care for our patients and expanding the reach of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Support all areas of payer contracting with insurance companies and provider enrollment, including:

  • Complete and submit payer network applications for each state.
  • Follow up with insurance providers to track the status of applications and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and physicians to address payer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of payer interactions, applications, and contracts.
  • Negotiate fee schedule rates with insurance companies.
  • Enroll providers with the insurance company and attach them to group contracts.
  • Provide post-contract support, including troubleshooting issues related to payer reimbursement and network participation.
  • Research and keep up with changes in contracting and enrollment processes.
  • Maintain CAQH profiles for our providers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in payer contracting and insurance enrollment for a healthcare practice is a plus, but not required.
  • Eager, fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new subject material.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with payers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to independently resolve problems and challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
