In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent. You will play a key role in shaping the company's workforce; by implementing best hiring practices, leveraging data-driven insights, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience in each of our markets. What You’re Accountable For:

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including passive sourcing, resume review, interviews, scheduling, and offer management to achieve BigTime’s growth plan.

Recruit top talent across all departments, from sales and marketing to engineering and product, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for both technical and non-technical roles.

Drive our ‘100% new hire retention’ strategy by designing and executing programs that build a diverse talent pipeline, support customer-centricity, and fuel our AI strategy.

The Subject Matter Expert on talent acquisition strategies and best practices to the rest of the organization.

Provide an exceptional candidate experience with proactive communication and seamless hiring interactions, providing guidance to hiring teams on process improvements & iterations.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline hiring and enhance the candidate experience.

Serve as a culture ambassador, embodying and promoting BigTime Core Values throughout the hiring process.

Utilize AI tools to optimize role scoping, hiring process, and candidate experience. You are seen as an early adoptor of AI at the organization.

Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including training hiring managers on its use & how to utilize AI to enhance candidate interviews.

Drive employer branding, employee referral programs, and recruitment marketing efforts to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Support early days of new hire experience to ensure a smooth transition for joining the company.
Who You Are:
-
3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience in B2B SaaS.

At least 2+ years of advising senior leadership on talent acquisition strategies, seen as a trusted business partner.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where data-driven decisions, KPIs, and candidate experience SLAs drive performance.

High sense of urgency, adaptability, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes without compromising candidate experience.

Strong track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), with expertise in recruiting tools, ATS, and HR technologies.
The expected salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
