What you’ll be accountable for:

Customer Advocacy & Retention: Execute marketing programs focused on customer advocacy, retention, and growth.

Customer References: Manage a customer advocacy program, producing reviews, testimonials, and case studies to support the sales cycle.

Targeted Campaigns: Run segmentation, targeted campaigns, and lead generation, collaborating with the Content team on advocacy and case studies.

Enablement Materials: Create customer enablement resources to boost product adoption and engagement.

Community Engagement: Strengthen customer relationships and foster community engagement to amplify the voice of the customer.

Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns in 6sense, HubSpot, and Salesforce, analyzing metrics to refine strategies.

Industry Knowledge: Conduct research to expand category expertise and inform brand strategy.

Be onsite at our downtown Chicago office (near Union Station) 3 times per week.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

2+ years experience in a B2B marketing (Brand, Customer, Product).

Deep understanding of customer experience, living by the “delight the customer” mentality.

Will join our Chicago office 3 days a week.

KPI and results driven, leveraging data to make decisions

Strong understanding of customer pain points & needs, with the ability to create and cater meaningful messaging & positioning

Ability to work independently while being a genuine team player

Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead projects with cross-functional team collaboration
