Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Partnerships & Talent Solutions Manager to lead hiring collaborations with CTOs, engineering leaders, tech recruiters, and startup founders. You'll drive B2B sales of our talent solutions and be the face of Algouniversity for our hiring partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, pitch, and scale hiring partnerships with tech companies and startups across India.
- Understand partner hiring needs and position Algouniversity talent as the ideal solution.
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to closing and onboarding.
- Engage directly with CXOs, engineering managers, and recruiters to enable seamless hiring.
- Work closely with the placement team to track hiring outcomes and deliver on SLAs.
- Generate and qualify leads using email, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and report metrics to leadership regularly.
- Represent Algouniversity at events, conferences, and hiring forums as a brand ambassador.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in enterprise sales, technical recruitment, or HR consultancies.
- Strong network or experience working with tech hiring stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with persuasive storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and close B2B deals.
- Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and hustle to drive results in a startup environment.
- Experience working in EdTech, Talent Solutions, or Recruitment SaaS is a plus.
