About the Role
We’re looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to join our early team and lead customer and revenue growth at Ocular AI.
In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders (Dartmouth, ex-Google, and ex-Microsoft) to identify, close, and grow strategic accounts across frontier AI companies, research labs, Fortune 500s, and global enterprises.
You’ll own the entire sales process—from outbound prospecting and customer discovery to pitching, negotiation, and closing high-impact, multimillion-dollar enterprise deals.
This is a true zero-to-one role: we’re looking for someone who’s not just excited to sell—but eager to help build the sales motion, shape the GTM strategy, and lay the foundation for a generational AI company.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing large enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts.
- Help close multimillion-dollar deals and drive revenue across AI-native companies and traditional enterprises alike.
- Work closely with the founders to craft our go-to-market strategy, sales materials, and pricing models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to shape customer feedback into product direction.
- Educate prospects on the power of high-quality data, multimodal annotation and curation, and our AI-native platform.
- Build lasting relationships with some of the most innovative AI teams in the world.
- Create scalable sales processes and lay the foundation for a world-class revenue team.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (startup/AI/data infra/ML tooling/enterprise sales experience is a huge plus).
- Previous Startup (at a top startup) Enterprise Sales experience is a MUST have.
- A track record of closing large enterprise or Fortune 500 deals and six-figure ACVs.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—you make technical products feel magical.
- A builder’s mindset: you enjoy crafting processes, figuring things out, and navigating ambiguity.
- Hunger and drive to win, with deep empathy for customers and a collaborative spirit.
- Comfortable working in person in our SF office—this is a hands-on, high-agency role.
