Cercli is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As a Cercli SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and initiating meaningful conversations about the value of our platform. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking to identify and generate leads within target industries and market segments.
2. Qualification: Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of potential prospects. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with Cercli’s target customer profile.
3. Engagement: Initiate outreach campaigns to nurture leads and book meetings for the sales team. Craft personalized messages and compelling pitches to effectively communicate Cercli’s value proposition.
4. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales funnel.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, refine messaging, and share insights from prospect interactions. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and achieve team goals.
6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Provide feedback to the product development team to help shape future enhancements and features of the Cercli platform.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Prior experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales/BD is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Preferred: Fluency in Arabic, and understanding of regional business culture, would put you at the top of our candidate pool.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones.
