Cercli is looking for a “get your hands dirty” entrepreneurial Partnerships Lead to build and grow our ecosystem of implementation and channel partners. As a key early member of the business development team, you’ll help define and drive how Cercli scales its reach through alliances and partnerships across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development across our service and channel partners.
- Onboard, and enable a network of regional HR consultancies, finance advisors, and systems integrators.
- Act as a consultative advisor to partners, helping them understand how Cercli solves complex HR and compliance challenges for our customers.
- Manage joint go-to-market plans and co-selling motions with key partners.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and manage forecasting in HubSpot.
- Create strong, trust-based relationships through regular engagement, feedback loops, and business reviews with our channel partners.
- Work cross-functionally with onboarding and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay plugged into competitive landscape and market trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Represent Cercli at partner events, dinners, conferences, and community gatherings.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development; preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems from the ground up.

Strong commercial instincts with the ability to create and close win-win partnership deals.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across senior stakeholders.

Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LI Sales Navigator, Lusha etc.

Preferred: Fluency in Arabic, and understanding of regional business culture, would put you at the top of our candidate pool.
