About the Role:
We are seeking motivated Tech Support Engineers to join our Bangalore team supporting our US presales team. This role offers excellent growth opportunities for early-career professionals looking to advance in cybersecurity while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.
What You’ll DO:
- Provide technical support to our US presales team during US business hours
- Troubleshoot software issues and assist with bug fixing
- Debug code and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to product improvement
- Collaborate with on call engineers from development teams to address customer-reported issues
What You’’ Require:
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in a technical support or software development role
- Knowledge/experience in Go, PHP, and Python programming languages
- Understanding of REST APIs and micro services architecture
- Experience with Postman for API testing and documentation
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Exceptional debugging skills and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn rapidly
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Basic understanding of containerization tools (Docker)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work US hours (evening/night shift in IST)
- Familiarity with ticket management systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
