Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive product strategy and vision, thinking outside the box to create innovative solutions that ensure our product is the best in the market.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver a best-in-class product.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers, translating them into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
- Utilize data-driven insights and customer feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of product features, enhancements, and updates.
- Advocate for the user experience, ensuring the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets the highest quality standards.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Lead or similar role, preferably in the APM industry.
- Strong understanding of APM concepts and best practices.
- Experience working with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience with eBPF technology is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, challenging the status quo to develop unique solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the latest trends in the industry.
