Versana is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and proactive Business Operations Analyst to support critical operational functions across the organization.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that combines client onboarding, vendor due diligence, operational governance, executive reporting, data analysis and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will partner closely with teams to drive key initiatives and operational outcomes.
We are looking for someone who can independently prioritize competing demands, navigate ambiguity with confidence, influence stakeholders across the organization, and deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight.
Client Onboarding, Vendor Due Diligence + Risk Management
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for third-party onboarding, vendor due diligence, information security assessments, procurement requests, and client risk management processes.
Manage onboarding activities from initiation through completion, coordinating efforts across Information Security, Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
Partner directly with clients to ensure timely completion of onboarding requests, questionnaires, audits, and due diligence activities.
