We are looking for a hardworking and meticulous go-getter to join us as a Product Operations Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across product development teams and drive our product development processes.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Product, Quant, and Development teams to build operational processes (e.g., monitoring, escalation alerts, etc.) from the ground up

Product Monitoring
Utilize appropriate tools / alerts to monitor the health of our internal systems
Identify gaps in existing monitoring processes / recommend new tools to build
Ensures all services run smoothly and trigger the right level of actions should certain threshold be reached

Escalate any issues promptly to the relevant team to investigate Product Launches
Support the product managers and contribute to all aspects of a product launch, ranging from setting up new monitoring scripts / alerts
Guarantee operational excellence in every product launch

Customer Support
Follow up promptly with customer requests raised and coordinate with all relevant teams to provide response
Provide customer feedback to the Product Managers on their experience
Provide adequate level of explanations and documentation to the customer
