We are looking for a Technical Growth Hacker who will combine coding skills with growth strategies to create, implement, and scale solutions that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities
- Development of Growth Tools: Design and develop custom tools such as bots, web scrapers, and automation scripts to facilitate user acquisition and engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze datasets to identify trends, user behavior, and opportunities for growth, using tools like SQL, Python, or R.
- Technical SEO & Analytics: Optimize website and app performance through technical SEO and advanced analytics to drive organic traffic and improve user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop growth strategies and ensure technical alignment with business objectives.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor the performance of growth initiatives, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Data Analytics: Ability to analyze and manipulate data using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for collaboration with non-technical teams.
- Creativity: Ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas.
