Build an understanding of the sales funnel, identify relevant metrics to track the health of the business, build dashboards to analyze and present key insights to stakeholders at different levels in the company.
Manage our Salesforce instance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user adoption
Monitor and enhance end-to-end operational processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity with the Sales & Success team
Monitor performance metrics, analyze progress, and implement corrective actions
Work with leadership to design & implement workflows and processes for GTM teams
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management. Support the design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards.
Manage the internal stakeholder-facing documents, templates, collaterals
Support Sales team with day-to-day deal desk processes
Drive the execution and optimization of sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Good meetings, etc.) to improve team productivity
Overall, play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance by analyzing data, providing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.
