Your Core Objective:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for Qualifying Inbound leads and making sure you maintain an optimal Lead to MQL%. You also follow up with the AE to make sure the demos are handled properly and you take over the no-shows/rescheduled demos to nurture them back into the pipeline.

We will help you with an LDR (Lead Development Representative) motion to enrich your leads with quality information, so this adds sufficient context before your call with the prospect.
How does your day to day look like?
You qualify prospects utilizing all channels - Calls, Emails and LinkedIn
You build an effective cadence strategy to nurture your prospects and book a demo with the right POC who has authority to make a purchase decision for TestSigma.
Come up with creative emails, LinkedIn outreach and call scripts to experiment on the sales sequence and draw more attention from your prospects.
Followup to ensure the demo happens and supply your AE with all information to make sure they are filled with context before coming for the demo.
Deep dive into the problems faced by your prospect’s QA & Dev Ops teams and reassure them of the value that TestSigma delivers.
Exceed your quota month on month maintaining a healthy Lead to MQL conversion%.
What makes you a right fit?
2+ years of experience in B2B Software Sales Prospecting and Pipeline building roles.
Excellent personalized email writing skills to suit the shifting needs of our prospects..
Proven ability to undertake in-depth online research, and via social media
Experience in selling DevOps, automation testing software, or developer tools is a big plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge about using a prospecting tool (Outplay/Salesloft/Outreach) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is important.
Being highly passionate about learning & growing in sales.
Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven.
Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
Open to work in the US Shift (6pm to 3am IST) ,
