About the Job,
As an HR Operations Specialist at Scrut Automation, you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day execution of our HR Function. Collaborating closely with HR internal teammenbers, your focus will be on ensuring seamless processes optimization and facilitating employee engagement. The ideal candidate possess outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate a deep comprehension of process-centric methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the formulation and enforcement of policies, striving for consistency and equity across the organisation.
Maintain employee records meticulously, ensuring accuracy through diligent data entry, documentation, and audits.
Regularly update employee handbooks and policy drafts and audit as necessitated by evolving requirements.
Ensures employee adherence to established policies and procedures.
Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.(HRletters, documentations, NDA, SLA, Visa documentation etc)
Onboarding and Offboarding(Backend) process.
Oversee the benefits administration process, addressing employee inquiries regarding enrollment, benefit verification, and liaising with insurance vendors.
Assist employees navigating various types of leaves of absence (medical, parental, caregiving).
Identify areas for enhancing HR operations, actively contributing to the refinement of processes and systems.
Will be responsible for payroll coordination
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
Exhibit an ownership mindset, prioritizing action-oriented approaches.
Preferably possess prior experience in HR ops roles.
Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Exceptional organizational skills coupled with keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication aptitude.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and either GSuite or MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Effective problem-solving skills and adeptness at task prioritization.
