Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in identifying and attracting top-tier talent in the tech industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our talented team as we continue to grow. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide expertise on market trends, talent availability, and other relevant factors.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance Scrut Automation's employer brand within the tech community.
Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the information security, SaaS, or related tech industries.Start-up experience is mandatory.
Knowledge: Familiarity with information security and technology roles, including software development, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the company's value proposition to candidates.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
