As a principal client Coordinator, you'll serve as the central point of contact for client partners, managing communication channels, coordinating project activities, and resolving client issues. Your role involves efficient ticket management, meeting support, documentation, and ensuring timely invoicing and financial coordination. You will master the nuances of AI in healthcare along with diverse set of clients spread across various geographies.
Responsibilities
The core responsibility is to work with clients through the entire journey with Qure.ai to deliver a seamless product experience for all key stakeholders, maximize and assess the impact of Al in their environment and grow these partnerships by exploring new use cases of Qure's products for the client.
Requirements
- Deployment Readiness and Integration: Conduct in-depth on-site assessments to evaluate hospital infrastructure for AI compatibility. Identify and creatively address technical challenges, ensuring seamless AI integration and optimal performance.
- Engagement and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client partners,handlingvariousprojectactionitemsandmanagingclientcommunicationgroupsandchannels.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with on-ground teams, program teams, and administrative teams to facilitate the deployment of Qure software. Occasional travel may be required on a project basis.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve client complaints by liaising with Client IT and ProgramTeams, coordinating remote access requests, and aligning with our internal engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
- Ticket Management: Createand manage tickets for customer complaints,deployment,and engineering requests. Ensure that tickets are closed with client confirmations and maintain comprehensive documentation with records on internal channels.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings and record minutes in a well-structured format for internal use. Additionally, assisting creating PowerPoint presentations when necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain client boards with up-to-date documentation and report relevant statistics on internal communication channel.
- FinancialCoordination:Ensuretimelyinvoicingforclientsandcoordinatewiththefinanceteamtofacilitatepromptclosureoffinancialtransactions..
Skills and Expertise:
- Graduation in any discipline. Healthcare industry is a plus.
