Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized, creative, and results-driven Assistant Manager - Communications to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events that support Qure.ai's business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong project management skills and experience in organizing both virtual and in-person events
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and workshops.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
- Ensure all event materials are prepared, including presentations, brochures, and swag items.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align event strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Budget Management:
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality execution.
- Track event expenses and provide regular reports on budget status.
Promotion & Communication:
- Develop and execute event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
- Manage event promotion across various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and Qure.ai’s website.
Post-Event Analysis:
- Collect feedback and analyze the success of events to measure ROI and gather insights for future events.
- Provide detailed post-event reports, including attendee demographics, engagement, and follow-up actions.
Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, ideally in the tech or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience organizing both virtual and in-person events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in event management software and marketing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Eventbrite, HubSpot).
Other:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed, including weekends and evenings for events.
