Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned professional with work experience preferably in
medical devices industry or healthcare software industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
∙Collaborate with the BD & Strategy team to meet company commercial goals.
∙Lead the sales process end to end for your geography and clinical focus area.
∙Drive market research, develop a strong network, build a pipeline, and deliver
sales.
∙Engage with key stakeholders and develop strategic relationships and
partnerships.
∙Formulate and drive demand generation campaigns to achieve business
goals.
∙Track the competitive landscape to generate strategic inputs and prospects.
∙Contribute to the product marketing process to implement relevant sales
interventions.
∙Support the leadership team in devising business strategies andimplementation.
∙Exhibit strong relationship management skills and the ability to work cross-
functionally.
∙Develop and manage relationships with channel partners in Latin America,
ensuring alignment with Qure.ai’s strategic goals and driving mutual growth
opportunities.
What does success look like
∙Growing Qure’s visibility and win rate in deals within Latin America, to deploy
AI in public health use workflows
∙Establishing Qure as a strong AI thought leader and co-creator with key
stakeholders (NGOs, MOH, Funding entities, Local partners, etc)
∙Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with channel
partners in Latin America, leading to increased sales and market penetration.
Required Qualifications:
∙Written and oral proficiency in Spanish is a must.
∙Preferred work experience in medical device sales or experience in the
healthcare space.
∙Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∙Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∙Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∙Educational Background:
oBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Healthcare
Administration, or a related field.
oA Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred but not
required.
