Job Description
As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the programs and projects at Qure.ai. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication channels, coordinating project activities, and resolving client issues to ensure their success. Your responsibilities include collaborating with multiple internal teams, including product, project, and tech teams. You will handle efficient ticket management, meeting support, documentation, and timely invoicing and financial coordination.
Additionally, you will prepare budgets, understand accrual processes, and manage project documentation.
You will also need to communicate with project funders and provide regular updates to relevant management channels, ensuring our goals are met. As you master the nuances of AI in healthcare, you will work with a diverse set of clients across various geographies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing the entire Project
- Helping the project teams including product team and technical teams to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Preparing budgets and accrual plan for project. Working closely with the Finance team to make sure the right budget are being used in the right places.
- Working and supporting on BD team efforts by the team, by identifying new clients and exploring new partnerships
- Being committed to the project and understanding the scopes beyond the goals. Understanding project scope, goals and deliverables of the Projects assigned.
- Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. Ensure high CSAT’s through formal and informal client and stakeholder engagement
- Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication
- Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Defining project success criteria and disseminating them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Skills and Expertise
- A master's degree in health administration/business administration or a related field is required. Equivalent professional experience in a managerial role may also be considered.
- A robust background in healthcare IT, particularly with experience in Project Management / Program Management.
- Demonstrated excellence in program management, including the ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder management and the ability to convey complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate project needs and potential obstacles.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and clinical staff.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, operational frameworks, and data protection laws relevant to healthcare IT.
- A commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments in AI and healthcare technology to drive continuous improvement in project outcomes
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to sites across the country or abroad is needed for better collaboration, support, and hands-on project management.

- Flexibility for frequent travel is a must, as the role involves on-site engagements with sites to provide support and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently when on-site.
- The capacity to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments typical of healthcare settings, and to respond swiftly to the evolving needs of the project and stakeholders.
- An understanding of the importance of patient data security and the ethical considerations in deploying AI in healthcare settings.
