Job Description
Qure is seeking an experienced Research Manager to lead our work in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute real-world evidence studies. The role involves managing research projects, driving operational research, leading health technology assessments and disseminating findings to support strategic objectives
Roles and Responsibilities
- Executing Qure’s research strategy through cross-functional collaboration with various internal teams including but not limited to, product team, clinical research team, business development team, operations team among others.
- Supporting evidence generation in line with the company’s strategic objectives and designing relevant research questions in alignment with business priorities
- Driving the process of conceptualization and implementation of real world evidence studies aimed at demonstrating incremental outcomes for patients and health systems as compared to standard of care
- Managing research projects aimed at investigating the effectiveness of Qure’s products in real world settings; ensuring that data collected and results generated are high quality, relevant and delivered on time; this includes providing oversight to creation of research protocols, preparing research project plans and proposals, securing ethical approval, executing research and data collection activities, collaborating on manuscript writing for publication
- Managing dissemination of evidence generated to relevant stakeholders through publications and conference presentations.
- Ensuring delivery of relevant materials to support Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions.
- Steward engagement with external partners and experts to execute monitoring and evaluation activities corresponding to outcomes entailed under grant projects
- Create SOPs for project management of research activities and set up processes for successful tracking and execution of research studies and projects; Ensuring annual goals are met
Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant research experience in operational research or related field; either in a project management or analytical role. Experience working in Healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proven project management experience
- Experience in analysing large datasets and vizualizing data using tools such as PowerBI
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and clinical staff.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build good relationships with KOLs and Healthcare experts as appropriate
- Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to get things done.
- Demonstrated excellence in program management, including the ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of effective stakeholder management and the ability to convey complex technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate project needs and potential obstacles.
- A commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments in AI and healthcare technology to drive continuous improvement in project outcomes.
