Job Description
You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees, all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization. You must also promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Connect with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, align with the manpower plan and budget for the year.
- Form strong relationship with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), employee referrals, headhunting and campus.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract the right talent, plan a strong referral and diversity hiring plan, ensure the culture fitment and quality of hire.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a wow experience for candidates.
- Plan a strong engagement plan during the candidate’s pre-onboarding stage.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven work experience of 5 to 9 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Worked in global MNCs in hiring Tech and non-tech talent in India and globally.
- Hiring experience in US, UK and Southeast Asia markets along with India, will be preferred.
- Worked extensively on Campus strategy, Employer Branding, Diversity hiring, and other initiatives.
- Should have a data driven approach. Ability to analyze internal data- hiring, attrition etc., and the market insights and plan the most efficient hiring strategy accordingly.
