Job Description
As associate client partner, you'll serve as the central point of contact for client partners, managing communication channels, coordinating project activities, and resolving client issues. Your role involves efficient ticket management, meeting support, documentation, and ensuring timely invoicing and financial coordination. You will master the nuances of AI in healthcare along with diverse set of clients spread across various geographies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Engagement and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client partners, handling various project action items and managing client communication groups and channels.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with on-ground teams, program teams, and administrative teams to facilitate the deployment of Qure software. Occasional travel may be required on a project basis.
Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve client complaints by liaising with Client IT and Program Teams, coordinating remote access requests, and aligning with our internal engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
Ticket Management: Create and manage tickets for customer complaints, deployment, and engineering requests. Ensure that tickets are closed with client confirmations and maintain comprehensive documentation with records on internal channels.
Meeting Support: Attend meetings and record minutes in a well-structured format for internal use. Additionally, assist in creating PowerPoint presentations when necessary.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain client boards with up-to-date documentation and report relevant statistics on internal communication channels.
Financial Coordination: Ensure timely invoicing for clients and coordinate with the finance team to facilitate prompt closure of financial transactions.
Skills and Expertise:
Graduation in any discipline. Healthcare industry is a plus.
