Job Description

Qure.ai is seeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a highly available and efficient infrastructure that supports our artificial intelligence-based healthcare solutions. This role requires frequent international travel, particularly within African countries, based on business requirements. Additionally, you will often engage with user clients, necessitating strong communication and soft skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Must frequently travel nationally and internationally based on business requirements
Distribute AI and vision-centric software to our customers with a range of different platforms (Linux, Windows).
Work closely with the customers to debug and solve recurrent issues in deployments and updates.
Work on creating and optimising these highly reliable services which would enable us to deliver our products swiftly.
Monitor and analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to optimise performance and ensure high availability.
Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to detect and respond to issues proactively.
Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures for the infrastructure and applications.
You will work in a unique professional culture championing thorough technical understanding, ownership and close work between Dev, Product and Customer Success.

Skills and Expertise

Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
Basic programming knowledge in any language.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
