Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic HR team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance and support in all areas of HR management. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and business acumen to drive organizational success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partner: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives, and develop HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Talent Management: Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, develop plans and implement strategies for retaining, and developing top talent.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and data driven decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs and initiatives to foster employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs, develop training programs, and support employee development initiatives.
Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-4 years in a business partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
