Title: Product Manager, Prove Identity Network
Department: Product - PIN
Reports To: VP, Product Platform
Location: New York, NY
As the Product Manager, Prove Identity Network (PIN)you will be responsible for helping develop Prove’s platform strategy and leading integrations of identity data sources. You will be empowered to create and execute on the roadmap and backlog for our internal identity data services as well as partnering with other product managers in the PIN product organization to deliver a world-class data driven identity and authentication intelligence platform. We want Prove to continue to be known as the leader in frictionless identity verification and onboarding, and your role will be key to making that happen.
Day-to-day you will be working on developing our product strategy, a roadmap as well as authoring product specifications and attending scrum meetings with your engineering partners. This hands-on role is also responsible for ensuring the success of product deployments and helping lead escalated issue resolution.
This individual works with cross functional teams including Finance, Technology, Data Engineering, compliance, Info sec, Implementation, Operations and other product managers to ensure that Prove consistently delivers excellence to the identity market.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, communicate and execute on a product strategy that will integrate multiple identity data sources as part of Prove’s global expansion.
- Maintain and manage cost of goods and services (COGS) for data services, data pipelines and deliverables related to the scope of your products.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, planning, positioning, requirements, roadmap development and product launch.
- Work with Product Operations in locating, assessing, and contracting global data providers.
- Manage enhancements & partner with the Identity, Data Services, and Common Services engineering team to review backlog, writing stories that meet requirements, and ensure accurate and timely delivery while attending scrum meetings.
- Work with your engineering team and with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Information Security to ensure the solution meets all necessary risk & regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic expectations.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years experience in product management, product Marketing, or equivalent experience in a technology context.
- Experience with 3rd party data vendors, COGS evaluation and management, global delivery
- Experience with identity verification and authentication technologies.
- Demonstrated track record in crafting technical product positioning, messaging, content and programs.
- Strong consensus and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication skills, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Comfortable with communicating complex ideas clearly regardless of the audience.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and possess a hunger to learn and seek new challenges.
- Experience in high growth / pre-IPO Technology companies is a plus as is working with agile product management methodologies.
- Promoting, maintaining and enhancing our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion and leadership.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 plus company bonus. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
