This is an opportunity to join a tech-savvy B2B/C Tech SaaS company as a Sales Representative, responsible for driving sales through engaging with customers, utilizing CRM systems, and fostering client relationships.
What you’ll do
- Initiate outbound calls and engage with leads to create new business opportunities, demonstrating a proactive approach to sales.
- Engage actively with inbound leads and inquiries, showcasing excellent customer service skills by understanding and effectively addressing customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from inbound opportunity origination to deal closure, demonstrating strong project management and organisational skills.
- Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of leads and prospects, ensuring detailed records of interactions are kept in our CRM system, reflecting strong attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a team-oriented mindset and contributing significantly to the company’s growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Be flexible to meet clients face-to-face when necessary, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go the extra mile to foster stronger relationships and close deals.
