Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. With a strong focus on revenue, sales delivery, reporting, and budgeting/forecasting, you will report to and work closely with the Finance Manager, with strong visibility to both the VP, Finance & CFO. In addition, this role will take ownership of and be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating ad hoc financial models, and providing insights to drive key business strategy across the organization. The ideal candidate will excel at budgeting, forecasting, revenue analysis, and creating actional financial insights while possessing a foundation in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Analysis & Forecasting: You will understand budget, forecast, and advise on the strategic direction of the Company’s revenue cycle and related costs of service.
- Financial Reporting and Budgeting:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports on revenue and sales performance.
- Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs for effective monitoring.
- Report on and maintain the 13-week cash flow forecast for internal purposes.
- Partner with the FP&A team to support ad hoc financial reporting as well as the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting processes, and all board reporting.
- Establish processes and automation to continuously improve financial operational efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions & executive leaders, including revenue, expense and profitability analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making, including providing financial insights and recommendations.
Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in related financial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite, & Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay agile through growth and change.
- Highly organized with the desire to learn and improve every day.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts across the organization.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional candidates will have:
- Experience at a high-growth technology company (preferably payments or insurance).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Query and using/navigating Power BI reports.
