Position Title: Quality Assurance and Release Manager

Overview:

Manage all the automation projects, including testing and releasing, for the Company’s software products. Develop standards and safety protocols to ensure that the final product follows the Company’s quality standards before the products are released, utilizing C#, Nunit, Specflow, Selenium Webdriver, TeamCity, and other tools. Create an automated quality assurance program that increases system stability, security and scalability and provide an outline for automation improvements based on investigation process and results, in order to mitigate risks and resolve issues that affect application, quality, stability and security for assigned deployment. Facilitate a cross-functional team to adopt an automated quality assurance program into the software development lifecycle, deployment and production environment. Coordinate the release schedule and resources required for the release, according to budget; identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled and quality of the release is not affected. Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule. Plan and give weekly updates on the release activities. Communicate project-related tasks, such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between teams, and track the progress. Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback about skill level to other team members. Telecommuting is available within reasonable commuting distance of headquarters
Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
Special Requirements
Salary Range
$105,435 to 159,000 per year.
