Overview:
With fast-paced growth comes a critical need to support the implementation phase for new One Inc clients by building accelerators and integrations with core systems. In this role, the candidate will work cross-functionally with key partners and business and technology organizations to develop and implement streamlined solutions of our primary products.
You are a fast learner and are excited by learning our partner’s products to ensure that the solutions we build are successful. Success of this position is ultimately measured by integration quality and the success of the solution downstream to delivery.
Critical Competencies for Success:
This role is suited to someone who has a natural affinity for solutioning across different products and technologies and understands that the goal is for all the integrations to result in consistently successful solutions to our customers. You will be a point person for integrations in partnership with the Director and most importantly establish yourself as a subject matter expert. You will be involved in discovery sessions with our partners while we design integrations, and you will be responsible for all technical documentation of the solution. You have strong business acumen and always deliver on your commitments. You have integrity and take ownership when things don't go as planned. You can travel as needed throughout North America.
Key Responsibilities:

You will work on strategic projects to help the team grow and scale our partnerships and products.

Work closely with the Director and our partners to learn the core products and understand how to implement our best practices with their product.

You will develop appropriate assets (technical diagrams, testing plans, etc) for the delivery team to successfully implement our solutions.

You will be the technical resource with our partners and vendors by providing support through SDLC for the integrations.

Be responsible for testing and qualifying the integration solution.

Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (e.g. MIS, CIS, Marketing) or equivalent experience

5+ years of software (SaaS experience preferred) or technology experience and have experience in Solution Consulting.

2+ years of customer-facing technical experience in the technology industry, with a strong focus on systems integration
-
Experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)

Experience in the payments industry is a plus

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
