Position Overview:
As a Solutions Architect on the Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients to implement our products in a way that meet the clients' business needs and that align to the product’s best practices. You will collaborate closely with project managers, software implementation consultants, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Work with clients to understand their requirements and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance technical solutions. Solutions Architects will create a client-branded SAID (Standard Architecture Integration Document) that serves as a representation of the client’s setup during each step of the implementation and finalized at go-live.
Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in areas such as PCI compliance, data management, payment method tokenization, and integration.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. In some cases, working with the product team to ensure clear requirements are created for approved product enhancements.
Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on technology solutions and best practices.
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and implementation guides. Train and upskill the delivery team to better understand and navigate the complexities of client deliveries, ensuring adherence to best practice.
Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation and deployment of solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide go-live and post go-live support as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions and processes.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
Work closely with our Sales Engineering and Sales teams to understand Client requirements and provide technical support
Strong understanding of API based software architecture and SaaS based delivery
Ability to effectively use API Management Tools like Postman
Ability to effectively interface with relational databases
Ability to understand interdepartmental structure and dynamics; manage up, or sideways as needed; use diplomacy to balance competing project requests.
Highly organized, flexible, and agile with excellent problem-solving skills. Driven, motivated self-starter with attention to detail.
5+ years of experience with API based SaaS/PaaS products
