Overview: The Product Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the Marketing team by conducting product research, assisting in the creation of marketing materials, and ensuring the successful execution of go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Product Research & Insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the Insurtech space.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with the product team to understand new features and functionalities.
Marketing Material Development
- Assist in creating and maintaining product marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, fact sheets, and digital content.
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Support the development of sales enablement tools, such as training guides and FAQs.
Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute product launch campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns, social media content, and advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
Content Management
- Organize and maintain a library of product marketing assets, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Implement a systematic approach for distributing materials to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights to improve future efforts.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related role (experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus).
