Overview: The Senior Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for defining and executing the product marketing strategy for One Inc’s solutions. This role will work closely with the product team to identify key functionalities and solutions that meet market needs, craft compelling product narratives, and lead go-to-market strategies that resonate with insurers and their customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Insurtech landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of launching and scaling products in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Develop and lead comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates tailored to the insurance industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
Product Positioning & Messaging
Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning and messaging that aligns with the needs of insurers and their customers.
Serve as the voice of the customer by helping to conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
Develop value-based messaging frameworks and sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics in the Insurtech space.
Provide actionable insights to the product and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Enablement
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to create training materials, playbooks, and tools that enhance product knowledge and drive adoption.
Develop and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and collateral to support sales efforts.
Skills:
Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for complex products in the insurance space.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Experience in sales enablement and creating customer-centric marketing materials.
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, and data analytics tools.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Insurtech, payments or similar industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
