Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing operations for the ClaimsPay product line, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Partner with customer success and product teams to resolve billing inquiries and enhance client satisfaction.
- Calculate and track customer incentives and revenue shares to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations related to ClaimsPay billing, revenue, and cost of revenue.
- Apply GAAP principles (ASC 606) to recognize revenue appropriately and maintain supporting documentation.
- Support external audits by providing documentation and explanations for revenue-related transactions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline billing and revenue workflows.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience.
- High degree of accuracy & attention to detail in daily work and other projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting principles.
- Strong, analytical communication (verbal and written), project management, and business partnering skills.
