Position Title: Network Operations Representative
Department: Vendor Network
Reports To: Network Operations Manager

Location: US, Remote

Overview:

The Operations Representative supports the performance and efficiency of the outbound calling team by managing workflows, maintaining systems, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating daily operational activities. This role acts as a bridge between leadership and frontline callers, helping drive productivity, compliance, and overall campaign success.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily outbound calling activity to ensure alignment with performance goals and campaign targets
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, call lists, and lead data to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Coordinate call assignments, lead distribution, and campaign setup for outbound teams
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and contact quality
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership review
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Support onboarding and training of new outbound representatives on systems and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Do Not Call lists)
  • Troubleshoot system or workflow issues impacting calling performance
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to support campaign execution
  • Assist VIP customers with their enrollment into the vendor network
  • Update and maintain systems with accurate and timely information
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity while delivering superior customer service
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the company's products and services


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, call center support, or sales support role
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • 1-2 years Salesforce experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office365 applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience supporting outbound or telemarketing teams
  • Knowledge of dialer systems and call center technologies
  • Basic understanding of compliance regulations related to outbound calling
