Position Title: Sr. Product Operations Manager, Go to Market
Department: Product Operations
Reports To: Director, Product Operations
Location: US Remote

We are hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager focused on Revenue Activation, someone who ensures that when we launch enterprise SaaS capabilities, they don’t just ship… they scale. This is a highly visible role responsible for making sure every major product release is:

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Readiness & Commercialization Strategy

  • Define what it means for a product to be revenue-ready before launch.
  • Establish clear launch tiers, readiness gates, and activation criteria.
  • Ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Support are fully enabled before customer exposure.
  • Align commercialization timing with enterprise sales cycles and pipeline realities.

End-to-End Revenue Activation

  • Lead commercialization from concept to beta to GA to scaled adoption.
  • Define success metrics tied to adoption, usage, expansion, and revenue impact.
  • Ensure new capabilities are positioned and activated effectively across enterprise accounts.
  • Identify friction in the revenue path and proactively remove it.

Enterprise Beta & Early Access Programs

  • Design structured beta programs that validate not just product functionality, but commercial value.
  • Define graduation criteria tied to revenue potential and customer reference readiness.
  • Translate customer feedback into improvements that accelerate revenue activation.

Executive Visibility & Performance Ownership

  • Build launch health dashboards tied to revenue and customer impact.
  • Provide executive-ready reporting on adoption, usage, expansion, and monetization signals.
  • Escalate risks that threaten revenue activation.
  • Drive corrective actions when targets are not met.

Skills:

  • 6–9 years in Product, Product Marketing, Product Operations, or Enterprise GTM roles in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience launching enterprise SaaS capabilities with measurable revenue outcomes
  • Experience aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Enablement
  • Strong analytical mindset, you define success in numbers, not narratives
  • Ownership presenting to VP and executive stakeholders
  • Experience building structured beta or early-access programs
  • Experience in fintech, payments, APIs, or platform businesses
  • Experience in insurance technology environments
