About you:

You are an ambitious, data-driven Individual Contributor (IC) with a proven track record of navigating complex, mid-market to enterprise B2B sales cycles within a fast-paced startup ecosystem. You possess a high EQ, a hunger for continuous learning, and a consultative sales approach that allows you to easily connect with C-suite and senior compliance executives.

You will

  • Drive Revenue: Own the entire end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from aggressive prospecting, cold outreach, and networking to managing complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain lasting partnerships with senior executives by deeply understanding their privacy pain points and mapping them to MineOS solutions.
  • Leverage Insights: Apply a data-driven, KPI-focused approach to analyze territory trends, identify growth opportunities, and forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate internal technical and legal resources to expedite complex sales workflows and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Represent the Brand: Participate in internal strategy brainstorming, client workshops, and industry events, actively illustrating the business value of proactive data governance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–15 years of successful B2B software sales experience as an Individual Contributor (IC) Account Executive.
  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience selling within the Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Compliance, or SaaS Data sectors is highly preferred.
  • Startup Agility: Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment. You are highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and possess a strong ownership mentality.
  • Enterprise Acumen: Skilled in modern enterprise sales methodologies, with a track record of selling directly to C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Communication & EQ: Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills. You are an active listener who balances ambition with humility and kindness.
  • Education & Travel: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business or a related field. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospective clients and regional teams.

The offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The Compensation Package Range for this position is 210,000-230,000 OTE . The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than NY may differ based on the labor cost in that location.
