How we do it?
We collect our datathrough a proprietary mobile app known as Milieu Surveys (just search for itin the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand appstores if you’d like to give it a spin). The opinions shared by our communityof panellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing usto gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and socialmotivations, as well as their consumption habits.

So, what about the role?
1. Lead & CRM Management
- Monitor and manage inbound leads from HubSpot and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta).
- Assign leads to Business Development teams across regions based on internal criteria.
- Maintain lead assignment trackers and update weekly records.
2. Marketing Metrics & Performance Tracking
- Regularly update social media metric dashboards and internal marketing trackers
- Compile data from LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and SEO platforms to support campaign reporting.
- Work with internal stakeholders to track brand visibility and campaign outcomes
3. Content Localization & Web Publishing
- Translate and localize marketing articles (e.g., Research 101, General Affairs) from English to Thai.
- Upload localized articles and visual assets to the Webflow CMS platform.
4. CMS & Website Management
- Manage and update website content (text, images, layouts) using Webfl
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and proper display across devices.
- Monitor site performance and coordinate layout edits when necessary.
- Support weekly website updates related to Milieu’s news and media visibility.
5. Event Support & Campaign Coordination
- Support marketing event execution in Thailand, regional and global markets (SG/US/UK).
- Coordinate content updates and social media coverage for ongoing campaigns.
6. Ad-hoc Marketing Support
- Explore and coordinate media partnerships (e.g., with Facebook or others).
- Support special projects and internal campaign needs as assigned.
What we’d like you to have
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience indigital marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- Experience working with CMS platforms(e.g., WordPress, Webflow), including contentuploads, layout updates, and basic SEO
- Familiarity with analytics and trackingtools, such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Meta Insights
- Ability to translate and localize Englishcontent into Thai, ensuring cultural and brand relevance
- Comfort working across multi-countryteams, managing communications and coordination between internal and externalstakeholders
- Strong project management skills with theability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- A tech-savvy and curious mindset – enjoys exploring newdigital tools, including AI solutions, to improve work efficiency
- Aproactive problem-solver who can troubleshootissues independently and get things done
Great to have
- Familiarity with technical aspects of website configuration(e.g., metadata, alt tags, responsiveness)
- Previous experience working in lean, cross-functional teamswith flexible scopes and fast feedback loops
- Bonus if you have knowledge of basic HTML/CSS forwebsite optimization
