Milieu Insight is a tech-enabled consumer research company. How We Do It?
We collect our data through a proprietary mobile app known as Milieu Surveys (search for it in the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand app stores if you’d like to give it a go). The opinions shared by our community of panellists are synthesised through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

What About The Role?
Responsibilities include:
1.Overall research and client management
- Work with clients to understand their research needs and translate their requirements into research solutions to answer client business issues.
- Introduce to the market research methods that are accessible and user-focused.
- Grow current client accounts and new business accounts.
2.Team management and growth
- Lead, coach and mentor a young, enthusiastic research team.
- Grow the research team in line with our expansion plans.
- Lead and improve cross-department and regional relationships.
3.Drive service and product development
- Drive product push into the market by increasing awareness and adoption of our products and services in the market research space (e.g. Canvas / Portraits).
What We’d Like You To Have?
- 8-10 years of working experience in a quantitative consumer research role.
- Experience in developing systems and frameworks to improve overall research structure.
- Sufficient experience in managing and growing small teams.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Robust analytical skills to complement strong business acumen and data storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
