How we do it?We collect and transform data through Canvas – our proprietary end-to end survey and market research platform. The opinions shared by our community of panelists are synthesized through our proprietary algorithms, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of what drives their personal and social motivations, as well as their consumption habits.

So, what about the role?
We are looking for a Process Lead based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to help improve how the Research department is run. The role serves as the backbone of project efficiency and research productivity, and ensures that the right people, tools and process are in place to deliver high-quality work on time, while continuously optimizing workflows and managing resource-related risks.
This is a newly created and key role for the Research department.
1) Resource Allocator
● You will traffic-control the stream of commissioned projects that flows to the Research department, and make sure every project has an assigned research lead.
● This core role requires you to
o have clear visibility over team capacity and competence
o forecast project demands
o build a decent level of understanding around project complexity and sensitivity
o make thoughtful, informed and quick decisions around project allocation
2) Process Optimizer
● You will identify and solve inefficiencies in the way we run operations internally and externally, starting with the Research department and may extend to other departments
● This supporting role requires you to
o improve current process workflows around data collection (e.g. timesheets, project capacity)
o building and documenting new workflows (e.g. developing VBA automation solutions if or where applicable)
o optimize project timelines
What we’d like you to have● High level of proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools
● High level of comfort with numbers, workflows and datasets
● 3-5 years of working experience
● Sufficient experience with project management and resource allocation
● An ability to creatively source for solutions
● Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively between and across departments
● Good command of English
