The position is for an 18-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of an extension or proposal for permanent.
How you will make an impact
- Work directly with Sofia site-lead and the global People team in a small-to medium-sized, fast-growing, award-winning Fin-tech startup
- Support HR operations (including employee records, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding), recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and ensure office space is well-maintained, take care of hardware management and new equipment
- Plan and execute various company events
- Assist in accounting tasks such as expense tracking, reimbursement, and payments
- Maintain accurate records related to office operations, company's compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in office management and coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of accounting principles and HR processes
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
