Ideon is seeking a Senior Director, Enrollment Growth to join our sales organization. As Senior Director, Enrollment Growth, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and influencing cross-platform connectivity between key carriers and benefits administration platforms, utilizing Ideon’s API middleware solution, thus driving revenue and lives on the Ideon platform. This role requires a background in selling to or managing key strategic partnerships at benefit administration platforms or carriers, an understanding of data connectivity between the two and experience in driving customer adoption.
For this role, we are open to remote candidates anywhere in the U.S. Ideon is headquartered in NYC with a second office in Omaha, NE. This role reports into the Senior Vice President of Sales.
In this role you will:
Identify and target potential migration opportunities between Ideon customers and prospects, establishing and nurturing relationships to generate new migration opportunities.
Lead in-depth strategic migration analysis to understand external customer and prospect goals to present tailored solutions to drive adoption of Ideon’s API solution.
Represent the sales organization to consult with key customers and prospects on their ongoing go to market/API roadmap and strategy.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, implementation, and operations to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience and successful implementation.
Surface cross-organizational opportunities to improve efficiencies in the life cycle of an enrollment customer, while working with a cross-organizational team to recommend and implement plans to improve the time to revenue for customers and overall customer value.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solution and differentiate from the competition.
We’d love to talk if you:
Have 5+ years of experience driving revenue growth as a key partner relationship manager of carriers or benefit administration platforms.
Understand data connectivity for carrier enrollment and member management within the benefits industry.
Possess a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Possess strategic and analytical skills to assess prioritization of opportunities and recommend efficiencies to existing operational and sales processes.
Command solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Possess negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
Are self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Work independently, while managing multiple customer and prospect relationships simultaneously.
Are experienced at managing key customers by developing multiple relationships at target prospects and customers.
Are proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Salary range: $154,000 - $182,000 with a bonus up to 20% of your salary.
