Who we are?
HarfangLab is a
cybersecurity scale-up, and we have developed an
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software to detect and mitigate modern cyberattacks on a company's workstations and servers. Our algorithms detect abnormal behaviors and generate security alerts or block program execution.
From 40 to 100 employees in 2023, HarfangLab is experiencing
hypergrowth and has already achieved several
significant milestones: software certification by the French National Cybersecurity Agency, 2023 MITRE Att&ck results, innovation awards by the French Public Investment Bank…
Our current customers include CAC40 industrial companies and government entities. We completed our first funding round of
€5 million in 2021 and our second funding round of
€25 millions in 2023, which will enable us to strengthen our teams, and
to expand internationally in Europe, focusing on Benelux and DACH regions with dedicated teams.
Our mission is to
protect businesses and government agencies from modern cybersecurity threats (cybercrime, data theft, influence) that endanger the economic health of companies and the public security.
What you will do with us?
As
VP Sales / Chief Revenue Officer, you will
drive HarfangLab’s commercial activities in
France and
abroad and be responsible for attaining HarfangLab’s business goals.
In charge of managing
4 teams :
Pre-Sales,
Sales France (Direct & Channel),
Sales International and
Marketing, you will be required to
build the global sales strategy, to
acquire key new customers and
MSSP partners, to orient the teams in deploying a high-
growth business strategy, from funnel enhancement to upsells, as well as to design.
Your responsibilities include:
- Driving all commercial activities (objectives and target definition, business reviews, market studies, commercial initiatives, etc.) ;
- Developing international markets (DACH and Benelux in priority) to generate revenue in those areas ;
- Acquiring key accounts and partners thanks to existing connections and to tenders answers ;
- Overseeing our marketing and SDR efforts, in particular to increase our pipeline as well as our inbound leads ;
- Following the day-to-day sales operations to ensure reliable reporting and feedback loops.
You will be a
member of HarfangLab’s Executive Committee, working in close relation with all its members (CEO, CFO, CTO, CSO). You will also be expected to travel frequently to other markets to meet customers, partners and team members.
About You
Hard Skills
- You are a proven business leader with at least 15 to 20 years of experience in business,
- You have deep knowledge of cybersecurity and an extensive network in that field,
- You have a proven track-record in various European markets (DACH and Benelux as a priority). A knowledge of Middle East market would be a plus,
- You are familiar with all tools that support sales activities (Salesforce, SDR software, accounting software).
You are fluent in English.
