Who we are?
HarfangLab is a
cybersecurity scale-up, and we have developed an
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software to
detect and mitigate modern cyberattacks on a company's workstations and servers. Our algorithms detect abnormal behaviors and generate security alerts or block program execution.
From 18 to 90 employees in 2023, HarfangLab is experiencing hypergrowth and has already achieved several significant milestones: winners of the Ministry of Defense's cyber challenge in 2019, recipients of the BPI's I-Nov competition in 2020, and software certified by ANSSI in 2021.
Our initial clients include CAC40 industrial companies and government entities. We completed our
first funding round of €5 million in 2021 and our second funding round of €25 millions in 2023, which will enable us to strengthen our teams, and to expand internationally in Europe.
Our mission is to
protect businesses and government agencies from modern cybersecurity threats (cybercrime, data theft, influence)
that endanger the economic health of companies and the security of the nation.

Pre-Sales Engineer to join the
Customer Experience team.
Member of the pre-sales time, in which each pre-sales has structuring side projects, you will play a cross-functional role by taking care of the role of Project Manager for the deployment of our EDR in customer's infrastructures.
What you will do with us?
PreSales:
- Demonstrate the product to customers, adapting presentations based on client needs,
- Plan and conduct proof of concepts, providing technical leadership in RFIs/RFPs.
Project Management (BUILD):
- Lead technical integration design, requirement gathering, and project structuring,
- Plan and execute implementation workshops, coordinating with the DevOps team for deployment interventions,
- Validate implementations in line with critical client expectations and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Risk Management and Partnership Development:
- Manage operational risks and develop preventive action plans,
- Identify potential partners for similar activities and foster their development in cybersecurity.
Client-Centric Focus:
- Serve critical clients, exceeding expectations,
- Explore and create profit center offerings based on developing expertise.
About You
Hard Skills:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role,
- General IT knowledge,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Empathy, humility, diligence, and ethics.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for interactions with high-level decision-makers and technical customers.
- Quick learning ability for new technologies.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Curiosity about technology and a proactive approach to understanding it.
