Who are we?HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up, and we have developed an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software to detect and mitigate modern cyberattacks on a company's workstations and servers. Our algorithms detect abnormal behaviors and generate security alerts or block program execution.From 40 to 85 employees in 2023, HarfangLab is experiencing hypergrowth and has already achieved several significant milestones: winners of the Ministry of Defense's cyber challenge in 2019, recipients of the BPI's I-Nov competition in 2020, and software certified by ANSSI in 2021.Our initial clients include CAC40 industrial companies and government entities. Why are we hiring?To support our growth, adapt our sales models, and prepare for international expansion, we are hiring a Sales Lead in Germany. What will you do with us?As a Sales Lead, your objective will be to increase revenue by promoting and selling our offerings in Germany to end customers and local MSSP partners.Your responsibilities will include:
Prioritizing and anticipating actions to detect, qualify, and follow up on opportunities,
Mapping and prospecting new accounts: telephone prospecting and leveraging leads generated by marketing,
Opening new accounts,
Managing the sales cycle with the support of the pre-sales team,
Facilitating interactions with other internal teams involved in commercial deals (Pre-Sales, Marketing, etc.),
Developing and monitoring account plans for important clients and partners,
Participating in various events in Germany.
About YouHard Skills
You have 10-15 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions in Germany, and you have a strong network in the field,
You are known for your ability to build relationships and your excellent interpersonal skills!
You are a very good negotiator and have a strong inclination for opening new accounts,
You have the ability to handle direct clients and partners,
You are proficient in Salesforce.
You have excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English,
Speaking French is a plus!
You possess admirable human qualities such as empathy, humility, diligence, and ethics,
Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable leading meetings with high level decision makers,
