The Insurance & Wealth (IW) sales team at Empathy is expanding in order to drive greater awareness of and adoption of Empathy’s solutions by financial institutions for use by their members, beneficiaries and their families.
- At least two years of work experience in a sales development or proven track record of success in a similar role
- Experience in a customer service and relationship-building role
- Experience in the benefits, wellness or healthcare or SaaS space
- Experience in a role that has required curiosity, as well as great conversation and expert listener skills in order to be successful
- Experience hitting goals both through personal contributions and through collaboration with others
- Track record of resilience and success (can be from business, sports, arts, hobbies, or anything that requires dedication and perseverance)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, Sales Engagement Platforms and CRMs (Salesforce)
- Intellectual curiosity (deeper, open-minded and creative thinking to solve problems)
- Well-organized and self-motivated behaviors and can thrive in environments with limited oversight or managerial intervention
- Ability to adapt in a hyper growth fast changing environment

The salary for this position ranges between $80,000-$110,000, which includes base salary and variable components. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
