CloudSEK’s Product Suite:
- CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.
- A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
- CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships in order to drive revenue growth for our cybersecurity solutions. Your role will be pivotal in expanding CloudSEK's presence in the SMB market and promoting our innovative cybersecurity offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and engage SMB clients, including identifying key decision-makers, creating sales pitches, and presenting our cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- New Business Development: Proactively prospect, generate, and qualify leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking events, with the goal of expanding our SMB customer base.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of CloudSEK's cybersecurity solutions, and effectively addressing any questions or objections they may have.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting of progress to the sales management team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies, gather market intelligence, and contribute to the development of new offerings that cater to the SMB segment.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the latest developments in cybersecurity to position CloudSEK as a market leader and identify areas of opportunity in the SMB segment.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, including revenue goals, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SMB clients and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the information security, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, threats, and industry best practices will be advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals with potential clients and negotiate contract terms.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues when needed.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot), productivity tools, and other sales-related technology platforms.
- Industry Network: An existing network of contacts and connections within the SMB market or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events (travel frequency may vary based on business needs).
