CloudSEK’s Product Suite:
- CloudSEK XVigil constantly maps a customer’s digital assets, identifies threats and enriches them with cyber intelligence, and then provides workflows to manage and remediate all identified threats including takedown support.
- A powerful Attack Surface Monitoring tool that gives visibility and intelligence on customers’ attack surfaces. CloudSEK's BVigil uses a combination of Mobile, Web, Network and Encryption Scanners to map and protect known and unknown assets.
- CloudSEK’s Contextual AI SVigil identifies software supply chain risks by monitoring Software, Cloud Services, and third-party dependencies.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities in South India. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and establish strong relationships with customers and partners. By leveraging your extensive sales experience and industry knowledge, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, promoting our cyber security products, and driving revenue growth in the region
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for the South India region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive their performance and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
- Identify and target key prospects and customer segments in South India, and establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with system integrators, resellers, and other channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales.
- Present and demonstrate our cyber security products to prospective customers, effectively conveying the value proposition and addressing customer concerns and objections.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in B2B sales, preferably in the cyber security industry or related technology fields.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional or territory-based role.
- In-depth knowledge of the South Indian market, including key industries, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage a high- performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to understand customer needs, articulate product value propositions, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the South India region
