We are looking for a QA Architect to design and implement scalable, high-quality test automation and performance testing frameworks for our fintech platform. The QA Architect will define best practices, improve automation stability, drive test efficiency across web, API, Android, and iOS applications, and ensure seamless integration with Agile development processes. Additionally, the QA Architect will lead performance testing strategies to optimize system scalability and reliability.
✅ 8+ years of experience in QA, Test Automation, and Performance Testing
✅ Proven expertise in designing scalable automation and performance testing frameworks (Web, API, Mobile)
✅ Strong knowledge of Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, and similar tools
✅ Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, etc.)
✅ Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, Kotlin)
✅ Expertise in performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, k6, Locust) and profiling tools (New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana)
✅ Experience with API performance testing, load balancing, and cloud scalability
✅ Deep understanding of test environments, service virtualization, and data masking strategies
✅ Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and knowledge of test planning, execution, and reporting
🔹 Experience in fintech, banking, or highly regulated domains
🔹 Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for scalable performance testing
🔹 Exposure to contract testing (PACT), chaos engineering, and shift-left security testing
🔹 Familiarity with Jira API, TestRail API, and automation dashboards
