About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager in Tech, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization regionally and globally. You will be part of an amazing talent acquisition team, and will be responsible for attracting like-minded A-players to join our fast-growing organization while owning exciting talent acquisition projects that impact the overall success of our vision.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to advise and understand Aspire's hiring needs and deliver against ambitious goals
- Own the full recruiting process in ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Build a global pipeline of talent to ensure the business has readily accessible talent in the market
- Lead sourcing and process improvement projects for the function
- Devise and lead strategic talent acquisition projects to upscale the talent function in Aspire
Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of inhouse Technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in Payments
- 3+ years of people management experience specifically teams of Technical Recruiters and Sourcers
- Strong stakeholder management experience and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong with analyzing data sets and formulating data-driven decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Global recruiting experience in a high growth FinTech company a plus
